Healthy Green Juice with Lemon

Ingredients 1 cup spinach 1/2 head of romaine lettuce 1 cup cucumber 1/2 lemon, peeled 1 large Granny Smith apple

Directions

Juice all ingredients in a juicer. Store the juice in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Use a combination of greens, roots and fruits and I promise you’ll have a delicious juice on your hands. It’s important to balance your sugars, so try to incorporate one of the greens into each of your juices.
